The Project Support Team (PST) of the Information Technology
(IT) Division
- joins divisional program or project teams for a limited time and
for defined tasks,
- provides active support to managers and teams of divisional programs
and projects,
- generalises and document the results of each project assignment
in a handbook and workbook covering project management and engineering,
- provides guidance on project management and engineering standards,
methods and tools
- offers project management and engineering consulting, coaching and
training
- defines and implements project management and engineering procedures,
guidelines and templates
- provides back office support for recommended project management
and engineering tools and utilities
These products and services cover project, configuration and quality
management as well as requirements, system and software engineering
for information technology systems. The PST has started to support
first projects in September 1999 and is currently in the set up phase.
